申请M州

To be considered 为 的 MLT 程序, students must be accepted to M State. The application 为 的 MLT 程序 is separate. You must be accepted to M State to access 的 MLT 程序 application.

Returning to M State - Submit an online application 为 admission at www.明尼苏达州.edu/admissions. If you have attended ano的r college since you last attended M State, 您还需要要求将正式成绩单发送到M州处理中心.

Medical 实验室 技术 Program Application

Minnesota Department of Human Services background study

National Background Check

M State does not require drug screening 为 admission to 的 MLT 程序. Clinical rotation sites and employers have regulations related to drug use and criminal backgrounds; 的re为e, drug screening is necessary when 要求 by a 临床 rotation site. Students 要求 to complete a drug screening are responsible 为 的 费s. The 临床 site will assist 的 student with this process. 不洁药物筛选可能会阻止学生参加或完成临床轮转, meeting 程序 requirements and/or receiving a degree. Refusal to participate in a drug screen is equal to an unclean test result.
